What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 12:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to room availability.
Are meals included in the stay?
We offer fresh, home-cooked meals featuring local and Indian flavors. You can choose our full-board plan at the time of booking.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
All rooms have comfortable bedding, attached bathrooms with geysers for hot water, and common balconies with mountain views.
How do I make a booking and payment?
Bookings can be made directly on our site or via WhatsApp. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will be 25% deducted of Total Package Cost. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date will result in a forfeiture of the deposit but guest can reschedule check-in within next 180 (except blackout periods) days subject to availability with same booking conditions. More details please check your booking confirmation voucher.
Is there parking and easy access?
Yes, we have road-site parking (also secure paid parking). Our homestay is easily accessible by road from Siliguri/NJP Railway Station/ Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or Kalimpong/Darjeeling by private taxi.
